Style

Deep Change Work is a therapeutic style of coaching that understands + utilizes the neuroscience behind making lasting, whole-system changes. It honors and unshames the coherence behind unconscious resistance to change. In this style, we understand that prioritizing the mind-body connection, and working with nervous system safety, which sometimes feels slow and uncomfortable, gives more results in the end.

A single session can also be used to explore a particular question or issue through your natal chart. This is not a traditional astrology reading - it is trauma-informed, supported with therapeutic coaching, pragmatic, and non-predictive.

That being said, this is their time, and their needs and desires will be trusted. Modalities we can employ include up-time conversational coaching, pragmatic astroanalysis, change work, integrative hypnosis, and/or energetic/ somatic regulation techniques.
