Neuroaffirming Creative Movement (Ages 5-11)

ABOUT:

A creative movement session 45 min long for ages 5-11, combining yoga, agility, play-combat, & therapeutic somatic movement. It’s great for kiddos who have big energy and are sensory seeking. The instructor is trauma-informed and neurodiversity-aware. A place where it’s safe to be spicy!

NOTES:

Please fill out a waiver for each child participating before class. Waiver link.

ALL kiddos are welcome, official diagnosis is not required.

Extra yoga mats are not available at this location, please don’t forget one for every person (parents included) participating!

Street parking (usually pretty easy) - please give yourself extra time to park and arrive.

PLEASE BRING:

Clothing that is comfy to move in, yoga mat, anything else you need.
