Meet your designer:
Celestyna is a true multi-valent. She has worked in architecture, fashion design, jewelry design, graphic design and eco design, and eventually worked her way up to VP of Marketing at a prestigious green tech incubator, then ran a million dollar skincare company for eight years, where she designed everything from the formulas to the brand. Currently, she runs several ventures, including a parenting non-profit, a coaching private practice, and her design firm, Metaphor.
Your designer is also trained as a therapeutic coach - someone who listens carefully, and without agenda. Working with Celestyna is a wonderful experience - she is responsive, caring, and centers you and your vision.
Celestyna’s style of work is iterative and adaptive, informal and efficient. There is high touch and high communication with the customer, and there are no limits on revisions + designs.
Projects are billed hourly, with estimates for “phases” of project scope as it develops. Micro-meetings occur often and organically to optimize design direction and process.
