Modalities
While my work is deeply integrated and it’s both difficult and counterproductive to isolate a particular modality, you can certainly specify your interest in certain modalities and I will make sure I honor that desire in our sessions.

Integrative Change Work prioritizes getting the client’s desired change efficiently, working directly with neuroplasticity and brain change.
It combines the most effective practices and techniques from modalities that use the neurological phenomenon of memory reconsolidation (a synaptic rewrite of an existing neural network), including emerging neuroscience, hNLP (humanistic neuro-linguistic programming), hypnosis, coaching, & various mind-body therapies.

There is nothing predictive or woo about this framework. It is a rigorous analytical approach that adds nuance, dimensionality and insight into the inherent complexity and paradox in your own nature.
It is gorgeously permissive and unshaming, and adds enchantment and possibility to how we engage with the world.
In couples work, astroanalysis helps to illuminate the innate differences between the two individuals in a uniquely non-threatening way.

Coherence Therapy is a specific type of change work developed by psychotherapist Bruce Ecker.
It seeks to achieve memory reconsolidation around self-view and world-view implicit beliefs that are unhelpful and sabotaging our efforts towards meaningful goals.
At the same time, Coherence Therapy establishes and dignifies the coherence of why we hold that belief and engage in the pattern it produces.

Deep Engagement is a skill of listening, presence, and seeing a person’s entire complexity. Deep Engagement invites safety, intimacy, and allows a person to begin to explore the places of their complexity that have felt challenging or frightening. Deep Engagement also holds space skillfully for allowing difficult feelings to unfold, unhurried, and unencumbered by shame, judgement, or suppression.

I’m a certified yoga instructor, and part of what our work might contain is therapeutic movement - either a longer customized yoga routine or a micro-moment of a particular type of movement or stretching, to help the body move into healing shapes and movements, instead of unconsciously perpetuating movements and shapes rooted in defense or trauma.

I’m certified in Integrative Hypnosis through the Center for Integrative Hypnosis and IACT (International Association of Counselors and Therapists).
