Appointment policies

Please respect my time and my energy.

No-shows are not refunded.

Multiple appointment reminders are sent to the email you provided (make sure it is correct and checked often) to help you arrive on time.

We meet via zoom (unless otherwise agreed upon - the zoom link is in your confirmation emails. Please check your emails.

If there is a very valid reason, I reschedule or offer credit. I cannot refund a no-show.

Lateness means that you lose that time - it cannot be made up at the end of the session or in another session.

I wait 15 minutes - if you are later than 15 minutes, I treat it as a no-show.

If you need to reschedule, please give me 24 hr notice.

If it is an emergency, I am willing to work with you - please notify me asap - email celestynawild@gmail.com

I am an unapologetic parent. Occasionally you’ll hear my children in the background or they will interrupt me. If this affects your results or your experience, I will make it up to you through extra time on the call or additional email support. If this doesn’t work for you, I may not be a good fit for you.

I have a chronic illness. At times it affects my ability to speak effectively. Occasionally, I may need to reschedule a session if my voice/throat is not cooperating - I will endeavor to give 24 hr notice (if possible) and I extend a 25% discount on a reschedule if it is due to my illness. Thank you for understanding.

I am easy with refunds - if your experience wasn’t amazing, above and beyond, all the the things I promised and all the things you hoped for, I happily return your money (this is not the same as no refunds for no-shows - that policy (see above) still applies). It’s an easy decision for me. I want you to leave feeling excited to tell your friends about me, not grumpily crafting a one-star yelp review of me in your head.
