A parent-child astroanalysis session

Me and astrology improve your parent-child relationship through psychological insights, expansive language + identity conceptualization, self-appropriate creativity + ideation, and deep permission for both you and your child to be the way you are without needing to “fix” it.

An individual astroanalysis session

A single session can also be used to explore a particular question or issue through your own natal chart. This is not a traditional astrology reading - it is trauma-informed, supported with therapeutic coaching, pragmatic, and non-predictive.

A Parenting Detox: Unshaming the shadow parent and Re-focusing parenting energy

Parenting can steal our energy in more subtle ways than just the demands of being a caregiver. This parenting detox seeks to lighten our mental and emotional load around parenting, recover our energy leaks, and re-focus our efforts and energy in more efficient, skillful ways.

An individual Deep Change Work session

Deep Change Work is a trauma-informed, therapeutic style of coaching that understands + utilizes the neuroscience behind making lasting, whole-system changes. It honors and unshames the coherence behind unconscious resistance to desired change.

In this style, we understand that prioritizing nervous system safety, which sometimes feels slow and uncomfortable, gives more results in the end.

Deep Change Work draws on the modalities of NLP, CBT, EMDR, Psychodrama, Coherence Therapy, Integrative Hypnosis, Somatics, Polyvagal Theory, Therapeutic Movement, & Indigenous Grief Work.

All that being said, this is your time, and your needs and desires for how we spend it will be trusted and honored.
