Speaking your truth sparks your life force.

Speaking your truth wakes up your sleeping parts and calls in your exiled parts.

Speaking your truth is an embodied, experiential way to invoke and dance with the energies of confidence and courage.

Speaking your truth is a playful, trickster way to seed the most powerful, most authentic you.

Speaking your truth is a soul-level detox.

How it works:

Must attend live. Must actively participate.

An alchemical mixture of psychodrama, prompts, exercises, and vocalizations.

A sacred live circle to speak/read your truth into. Everyone takes turns speaking, using a timer or a pre-defined “quantity” of words.

Every session is different, with different structure, exercises, prompts, energetics, themes, and revelations.

At the end of the session there is time to integrate and regulate.

This structure (prompts then live speaking circle) alchemizes you through repetition - show up as often as you can.

Each Circle is capped at 12 participants.

Anything taboo and/or previously unspoken is both welcome and encouraged. Anything shy, anything outrageous, anything scared, anything angry, anything confused, anything bold, anything sacred, anything tender, anything that would make the experts/the authorities apoplectic, speak it true, speak it aloud. Spell it.

These are truth-holding spaces.

90 min zoom sessions (must be able to attend the sessions live!)
