Anxiety Breathing that Calms ME

No one told me that to somatically address my anxiety in a way that actually brought relief, I should breathe faster, not slower.

//

I should match the energy of the anxiety with my breath, instead of deny it.

//

When we honor and dignify all the pieces of our system, it sets the stage to feel sovereign, to feel sovereignty.

//

Your system might want something different than what my system told me it likes.

//

The only way we figure out what works is to honor the NO of our system.

//

To believe it when it says, this isn't working, instead of over-riding with well, this technique was taught by a therapist, or this technique is part of a famous protocol that is proven to work!

//

And to be brave enough to try something new, opposite, different. To be curious, counter, and to scout our own way.

//

We don't live enough in this duality of CONSCIOUS internal world-external world. Most of us live entirely in the external world, and the only way the internal world gets a say is to project onto the external world UNCONSCIOUSLY.

//

Come be sovereign, counter, and dual af with me. Just reach out, or schedule a free disco (short for discovery) call on my website.

//

PS I made a tiktok of the breath pattern that works for ME and MY anxiety if you want the granular details. @celestyna.brozek.wild
