Setting Boundaries With Children Masterclass

$0.00

A Boundaries Masterclass in audio format.

Parents really struggle with setting boundaries with their kiddos in so many ways. Some common issues are:

  • Setting boundaries that are too advanced for your kiddos, and then everyone feels like a failure, including you with your failed boundary attempt.

  • Or not setting the RIGHT boundary (and wondering why your boundaries are not bringing you the relief you'd hoped).

  • Or not setting any boundaries for fear of traumatizing your kids (I see this with PDA parents a lot).

In this short-ish audio (about 25 min) I list a bunch of considerations, tips, and more to help get your boundaries game in better shape.

Full disclosure - I was out on a walk and just taking voice notes about a Parents-Kids Boundaries Course/ Resource/ Podcast in the works, but there was enough potency + organization in my notes that they felt valuable to share as is.

That being said, I didn't expect to publish these notes so a couple of things:

Sound quality: what you would expect for someone taking voice notes on a walk.

I mention a “horse meme" at the very beginning. Here's what I'm referring to - it IS worth checking out this meme (specifically the caption!) for context + more boundary considerations: meme link.

There comes a point where I think I'm done and go into a sales spiel, but then I end up adding MORE boundaries info after the spiel, so keep listening - I'm actually not done!

So it's an audio masterclass - listen to it as you would a podcast!

As always, once a more polished version is released, this resource will no longer be free, so act promptly.

PS While I at times speak specifically to parent-kid dynamics, these boundary guidelines are very applicable to ANY relationship, so no need to be a parent to benefit from this!
