Tarot Spreads + Journaling Questions
The tarot can be intimidating.
And what I have also found to be true is the tarot (and other wisdom practices) can also be profoundly resourcing. Can also be profoundly regulating. Can also be profoundly supportive and helpful. Can re-empower you around story, choice, and meaning.
In this resource, I give you my favorite Tarot learning deck (I should have also mentioned the free app Labyrinthos is pretty good for a totally virtual experience. I recommend endeavoring to get a real, material, tangible deck for actual card pulls - which are also available on the app virtually - but the app for learning + interpretations can be very handy!)
I give you my two FAVORITE spreads to use with myself and with clients.
I also give you an alternative way to play that involves books vs card decks, and I want to add a third book into the mix: Consolations by David Whyte.
